- Request medical advice
- Ask about prescriptions or test results
- Submit administrative queries (e.g. fit notes, referral updates)
- Book or change appointments
Once submitted, your request will be reviewed by our team and you’ll be contacted with the next steps.
Urgent vs Non-Urgent Queries
To help us help you quickly:
- Urgent issues (e.g. chest pain, breathing difficulties, mental health crisis) should not be submitted online. Please call us directly or dial 999 in an emergency.
- Non-urgent issues (e.g. repeat prescriptions, general advice, routine appointments) are suitable for online submission.
If you’re unsure, please call reception and we’ll guide you.
